This Privacy Policy explains what data the mobile game Nova Rogues ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. Nova Rogues is published by an individual developer. By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

Third-party services

These providers process data as described above. Their own privacy policies apply:

Children

Nova Rogues is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Data retention

Run progress and settings stay on your device until you delete the Game. Analytics, crash, and advertising data are retained by the providers above according to their own retention policies.

Data deletion

Nova Rogues has no user accounts, so the data it touches is tied to your device, not to a personal profile.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the email above. You can also limit ad tracking using the device controls described under "Advertising and tracking."
